Core message
Analysis can feel useful, but many times it is the doorway deeper into the loop

Psychoeducation

Overanalysis creates a temporary sense of control.

But most of the time, it generates more questions instead of relief.

This is important:

Rumination survives not because it solves problems,
but because it promises that it eventually will.

The mind keeps saying:

“Just a little more thinking.”

And the loop continues.

Analysis can feel useful,

but many times it is the doorway deeper into the loop

Today, you will not answer the ‘why.

You will notice what the ‘why’ does.

When the question appears:

‘Why do I feel this way?’

do not follow it.

Say:

‘This is the beginning of analysis.

For one minute:

  • Notice the question.
  • Do not answer it.
  • Do not fight it.
  • Leave it open.

Observation is different from analysis.
